Needing no introduction, Australian Jazz Legend James Morrison is joined by special guest John Morrison (drums), and Jazz Staff, Bruce Hancock (piano) and John Aue (bass).
After interval Morrison features with Dusty Cox and the Elder Conservatorium Big Band in an exciting set of great jazz standards.
In his inimitable style, Keith Conlon will relate the special history of both Elder Hall and Kym Bonython's contribution to the world of Jazz.

Kristian Winther, Australia's wunderkind of violin and newly appointed leader of the Australian String Quartet, performs this masterpiece - the violin concerto of Brahms.
And another masterpiece… The all-time concert favourite that has charmed thousands of pairs of innocent ears into the world of classical music. Compelling melodies and orchestral colour shine through in the Arabian Nights-inspired Scheherazade.

Featuring the bright and jazzy trombone concerto Downtown Diversions by Adam Gorb performed by principal trombonist with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Cameron Malouf.
Other works include Resonance by Christopher Marshall and the esoteric Lux aurumque by Eric Whitacre.
One of Australia's leading ensembles, the Elder Conservatorium Wind Orchestra has been invited to perform in Brisbane at the 2012 Australian National Band and Orchestral Conference in July. Don't miss this opportunity to hear them before they head off on tour.

Brilliant duo pianists Igor Machlak and Olga Kharitinova take you on a whirlwind tour of the opera and ballet stage in a spectacular evening of music for four hands and two Steinways.
