Rates of Hire
Elder Hall can be booked for a variety of events and functions. From private performances, corporate presentations, conferences, forums, school groups through to musical concerts, productions and gala events.
Every client using our facilities can work with the Elder Hall manager who will be pleased to discuss and coordinate every aspect of the event to ensure its success.
Public events can be listed on the Elder Hall Diary page with website links.
Rates of Hire*
All hire costs include the services of a House Manager for the hire period and the use of the following equipment:
- Lectern
- AV Equipment
- Public address system
- Yamaha C7 grand piano
- Orchestral chairs and music stands
- Conductor's podium

Additional Costs

| Reconfiguration of stage risers | If you need the standard configuration of the stage risers altered you must notify the concert manager at least 2 weeks before the event. | $150 |
| Additional hours in Elder Hall | Extra hours can be purchased if you require additional time for rehearsals or set up. | $100/hr |
| Additional hours for house manager | If you require the services of a house manager for longer than is listed under the hire rates you will be charged a fee. | $50/hr $65/hr Saturday and Sunday |
| Ushers/Front of house staff | Hirers may provide their own front of house staff or Elder Hall can provide them for a fee. | $80/each |
| Bishop Hall | Bishop Hall may be hired for 4 hours depending on availability. | $140 |
| Additional Rooms | Additional rooms may be hired for practice, storage etc. | $70/room |
