Elder Hall Instruments
Elder Hall has a range of excellent instruments located on the stage and in surrounding storage areas. Some instruments will require a bond in addition to the normal hire fee.
Pianos

There are three grand pianos located on the Elder Hall stage. Two Steinway model D Concert Grand Piano (Purchased 2010) and a Yamaha C7 Grand Piano (Purchased 2010). Fee:

Organ

Elder Hall is equipped with an excellent pipe organ. Built by Casavant Freres (Quebec) in 1979 on the line of the French classical tradition it is considered to be one of the best in Australia. Fee: $125 |
Harpsichord

There is a single manual harpsichord built by William Bright and modelled after Blanchet (French/Flemish c1750). It is stored at the back of the stage. Fee: $125 |
Percussion

Instrument Hire Period
The hire period for all instruments is for one rehearsal and one performance. If an additional rehearsal or performance is required then an extra fee will be charged. The extra fee will be calculated at 50% of the rates listed.
For example, to use all the percussion for two rehearsals and one performance will cost $400 plus $200 making a total of $600.
